You can either request onsite inspection from the workshops participating on our platform, or you can try to explain the problem you are facing. Some garages/workshop will give you a rough estimation of the problem, and a rough estimation for the cost. It is worth noting that in this scenario the garage or workshop has to resubmit a final estimation once the vehicle is accurately inspected

You will receive the booking confirmation via email, SMS and push notifications. You can agree with your selected garage on the pick up and drop off the vehicle, once the work is completed, the garage/workshop will send a notification on job completion, requesting customer to collect their repaired vehicle, a final invoice will be uploaded on Repairmycarserivce and a notification will be sent to you to make the payment. Making the full payment is mandatory prior to receiving the repaired vehicle

No the platform is free for you as a customer, Repairmycarserivce is designed to enable you to connect to the best and most experienced vehicle repair garages and workshops in your country. However, if you have used Repairmycarserivce online platform to select a workshop to repair or service your car or purchase a spare part, it will be against our policy that you go directly to the workshop to complete the purchase. A financial penalty on both the workshop and the customer will be levied in such cases

It depends on our service providers. The service providers will mention if this service is provided for free or not, and it is not mentioned, you can use the chat box to agree with the garage/workshop

After booking if service providers find that there is any need of extra work to be carried out, they will contact and inform you about what works need to be done and what would be the additional cost estimate.

Systematic notification will be sent to you at each stage of your car repair, which will enable you to track each stage

No, your credit card will be blocked for the amount that the garage quoted you, but no actual charge will take place until you receive your car and you are happy with the service/repair provided to you. It is like when you stay in a hotel, an estimated amount will be charged against your stay, but the actual charge will be made upon your check out, and upon your review of the final invoice

Yes, if the garage/workshop gave you a rough estimate, and based on actual inspection, the amount
was different, they will send you a new quotation with the new amount, which will enable you to
accept it and make the amend.

Yes, if you want to cancel your request login and click “Cancel Request”. However, it needs to be done before the job started with the garage, the garage is likely to send you a notification that the job started, once this notification is out, it would not be possible to cancel the job, unless mutually agreed between you and the garage/workshop

Yes, you can customize your account to suit you by changing your account settings, including your preferences, contact information, and preferred garages, etc.

At the first instance, you can contact Repairmycarserivce at www.repairmycarservice.com/complaint, however you can contact the country authorities (e.g. Economic Department/ Consumer Rights/Etc.) if you cannot settle your difference directly with the garage/workshop

Yes, the contract is available on our website, but has to be digitally sign off by an authorized signatory, whose name is on the trade license of your business or hold a power of attorney. By virtue of signing up on our website, you agree to all the terms and conditions relating to how we do business, our privacy policies and other terms and conditions that change from time to time.

Repairmycarserivce allows the workshop to amend quotations, if necessary, we will automatically contact the customer on the workshop’s behalf for them digitally approve any changes to the initial quoted price. The workshop will be notified as soon as the customer has approved the amendment so that the additional work can commence. We also provide the workshop and customer with an accurate record of all changes made and approved in order to limit potential disputes over work done and pricing.
