User Agreement

  1. Introduction This User Agreement, along with the Website or Mobile Applications, and all policies and additional terms posted on and in our sites, applications, tools, and services (collectively “Services”), sets out the terms on which Macros FZ L.L.C., its wholly owned brand Mycarsrepair, and their subsidiaries and affiliates offer you access to and use of our Services. The Website or Mobile Application Terms of Use, all policies, and additional terms posted on and in our Services are incorporated into this User Agreement. You agree to comply with all the terms of this User Agreement when accessing or using our Services.
  2. Contracting Entity The entity you are contracting with is Macros FZ L.L.C., a company that includes the Mycarsrepair brand, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, incorporated under the laws of the state of Dubai, U.A.E., P.O.Box 121161, Dubai, UAE. In this User Agreement, these entities are individually and collectively referred to as “Macros FZ L.L.C.,” “we,” or “us.”
  3. Country of Domicile The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the U.A.E.
  4. Currency and Pricing The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  5. Definition of “User” Within the context of this agreement, the term “User” refers to any individual or entity that has successfully completed the registration process and has been granted an authorized account on the Macros FZ L.L.C. platform, including its website and any subsidiaries. This encompasses but is not limited to:
    • Customers: Individuals or entities utilizing the services provided by Macros FZ L.L.C. or Mycarsrepair to facilitate vehicle repairs or maintenance.
    • Vendors: Entities that offer products or services for sale through the Macros FZ L.L.C. platform.
    • Garages: Automotive service establishments that provide repair and maintenance services and are registered on the platform.
    • Workshops: Service providers that specialize in specific types of vehicle services and are registered on the platform.
    • Service Providers: Any other business entities that provide services related to vehicle maintenance, insurance, intermediaries, repair, or enhancements and are registered on the platform.
    • Insurance Companies: Financial institutions that offer vehicle insurance products and collaborate with Macros FZ L.L.C. or Mycarsrepair for services related to vehicle claims and repairs.
  6. Responsibilities of Users Each “User” is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and is responsible for adhering to the policies and regulations set forth by Macros FZ L.L.C. and governing laws of the jurisdiction in which they operate.
  7. Acceptance by Registering on Our Website By registering on our website, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by our privacy policy, user agreement, and any other terms and conditions outlined on our website.

Using Macros FZ L.L.C. Services

In connection with using or accessing our Services, including those offered under the Mycarsrepair brand, you agree to comply with this User Agreement, our policies, our terms, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

  1. Breach any laws, regulations, third-party rights, or our systems, Services, policies, or determinations of your account status.
  2. Use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example, if you are under 18 years old), are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our Services, or are a person with whom transactions are prohibited under economic or trade sanctions.
  3. Fail to pay for items purchased by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in Macros FZ L.L.C. policy (for example, if the Seller/Service Provider/Vendor has materially changed the item’s description after you bid; see our payment policies).
  4. Fail to deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in Macros FZ L.L.C. payment policy.
  5. Manipulate the price of any item/service or interfere with any other quotations/bids.
  6. Transfer your Macros FZ L.L.C. account (including reviews) and user ID to another party without our consent.
  7. Share your login credentials with any third parties. If you require that authorized third parties (employees, agents, etc.) have access to your account.
  8. Create listings, post, or upload content in inappropriate categories or areas on our sites.
  9. Post false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or disparaging content.
  10. Distribute or post spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
  11. Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Macros FZ L.L.C., Mycarsrepair, or the interests or property of users.
  12. Use any data gathering/data mining and extraction tools, or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose, except with the prior express permission of Macros FZ L.L.C.
  13. Circumvent any technical measures used to provide our Services.
  14. Interfere with the functioning of our Services, such as by imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
  15. Infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, moral, database, and/or other intellectual property rights (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”) that belong to or are licensed to Macros FZ L.L.C. Some, but not all, actions that may constitute infringement are reproducing, performing, displaying, distributing, copying, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or preparing derivative works from content that belongs to Macros FZ L.L.C. or someone else.
  16. Infringe any Intellectual Property Rights that belong to third parties affected by your use of our Services or post content that does not belong to you

Delivery/Shipping Policy

  • The delivery of services shall occur at the garage or workshop’s declared address, as chosen by the customer. Documentation of service delivery must be completed through the joint signature of the service provider (Garage, Seller, etc.) and the customer (Buyer, Recipient of Service/Product, Car User, etc.) on the Service Provider’s standard Car Inspection Sheet, Quotation, and Invoice forms.
  • Multiple Bookings/Orders/Shipments: In instances where multiple bookings, orders, or shipments occur, they may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Fees and Taxes

  • Seller/Service Provider/Vendors: Macros FZ L.L.C., including its wholly owned brand Mycarsrepair, charges fees for the use of our Services on our digital platform.
  • Customers/Buyers: Charges to customers/buyers are levied by the service provider based on accepted quotations, actual prices, or another price agreed upon. Documentation of such charges may be conducted through various means of communication, including, but not limited to, chat on our platform.

Fees & Payment Charges & Policies

  • Detailed policies regarding fees and payment charges are available upon request and are subject to change in accordance with Macros FZ L.L.C. policy updates. Customers and service providers are advised to review these policies regularly to ensure compliance with the current terms.

Fees and Service Terms for Sellers/Service Providers/Vendors

  1. Website Maintenance: “MACROS FZ-LLC” operates the Mycarsrepair website.
  2. Payment Acceptance: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted for payment.
  3. OFAC Compliance: Services will not be provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.
  4. Transaction Records: Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  5. Account Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
  6. Fee Changes: Selling fees may change with a 14-day notice posted on the site, except for temporary promotions or fee reductions.
  7. Payment Confirmation: Payment confirmations are emailed to clients within 24 hours of receipt.
  8. Outside Sales Penalties: Sellers are liable for fees from all sales made using the platform’s services, including a penalty for off-platform transactions initiated through Macros FZ L.L.C.
  9. Accepted Payment Methods: Sellers must use the payment methods accepted by Macros FZ L.L.C. and pay all associated fees and taxes by the due date.
  10. Payment Collection: If payment fails or accounts are past due, Macros FZ L.L.C. may restrict accounts or collect owed amounts.
  11. Payment Routing: Payments from buyers are routed through Macros FZ L.L.C., with payments to Sellers made within 7 working days, minus agreed fees.
  12. Credit Reporting: Information about accounts may be reported to credit bureaus if required by legal and local authorities.
  13. Sales Tax Collection: Macros FZ L.L.C. may collect sales taxes where required.
  14. Advertising Rights: Selling fees do not grant exclusive rights to item exposure. Third-party ads may be displayed without Seller consent.
  15. Buyer Agreement: Buyers agree to the platform’s rules and policies and are responsible for reading full item listings and terms before committing to a purchase.
  16. Logistics Responsibility: Macros FZ L.L.C. is not responsible for the logistics, transfer, or delivery of services or items.
  17. Misuse Reporting: Buyers can report vendor misuse or non-delivery of services or items.
  18. Translation Tools: Automated translation tools may be used for content and communications, without guaranteed accuracy.
  19. Communication Authorization: Users authorize Macros FZ L.L.C. to contact them and record communications for analysis.
  20. Telephone Number Collection: Macros FZ L.L.C. may collect additional telephone numbers and make non-marketing calls.
  21. Marketing Preferences: Users can change marketing communication preferences or opt out of text marketing campaigns.
  22. Telephone Number Sharing: Macros FZ L.L.C. may share telephone numbers with authorized service providers for identified purposes


Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations for Seller/Service Provider/Vendors

  1. Policy Creation: Vendors, Sellers, and Service Providers are authorized to establish their own rules regarding bids, services, products, returns, and refunds, provided these are in compliance with the laws of their operating country and align with major payment schemes’ rules of refund/chargeback/cancellation. These agreements must be legally documented on the Macros FZ L.L.C. platform.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed exclusively through the Original Mode of Payment.
  3. Policy Customization: Providers may customize their policy preferences within their Macros FZ L.L.C. account settings. In cases of conflict or dispute, Macros FZ L.L.C.'s cancellation, refund, and financial settlement policies will prevail.
  4. Cancellation and Refund Timing: If a service request is canceled before initiation and the vendor agrees, a full refund will be issued within 21 days or as per third-party rules, such as those of credit and debit card networks.
  5. Refund Issuance: Macros FZ L.L.C. may issue refunds on behalf of the Seller/Service Provider/Vendor and charge them for the refunded amount.
  6. Order Cancellation Requests: Buyers can request order cancellations through Macros FZ L.L.C. These requests will be reviewed within 3 days, and buyers will be notified of the final decision.
  7. Non-cancellable Orders: If an order cannot be canceled, buyers may seek compensation according to UAE laws or the laws of the country in which they operate.
  8. Cancellation Costs: Macros FZ L.L.C. may charge for costs associated with the cancellation or return of a service/product and will invoice these charges as per the Payments Terms of Use.
  9. Buyer’s Responsibility: In certain cases, buyers may bear the cost of cancellation or return, which Macros FZ L.L.C. may deduct from the refund.
  10. Service Cancellation by Customer: Customers can cancel services within 24 hours before work initiation; refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within up to 45 days.

Payment Services

  1. Payment Facilitation: Macros FZ L.L.C. facilitates payments for goods and services sold using our Services. To receive payment, compliance with the Payments Terms of Use is required, including providing necessary information about you, your business, and your financial account.
  2. Payment Methods: Payments may be made using methods available through Macros FZ L.L.C. Payment Entities, which will manage the settlement to Sellers/Service Providers/Vendors.
  3. Transaction Management: The Macros FZ L.L.C. Payment Entity will handle transactions on behalf of the Seller/Service Provider/Vendor, satisfying the buyer’s payment obligations.
  4. Transaction Issues: Transactions may be declined, frozen, or held for reasons including suspected fraud, AML compliance, economic or trade sanctions, or policy violations.
  5. Payment Information: Changes to default payment methods can be made through the user account. Users must maintain accurate payment information and authorize updates based on data from banks or payment service providers.
  6. Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms in connection with the use of Macros FZ L.L.C. services. Third-party payment terms must be adhered to, and failure to do so may result in additional fees or actions by these third parties.
